Delivery
If you would like us to post an item, a minimum standard delivery charge of £2.95 applies to a small package going to any UK mainland address.
For over-sized or heavy items please call the shop to confirm the postage charge.
Returns & Exchange of Goods
At Cocoa Bean we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. For this reason we make our returns policy very simple.
Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in the same condition within 14 working days. Your goods can then be exchanged or a credit note will be issued.
A full refund will be given in the event of a faulty item when returned with proof of purchase or original invoice.
