We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible but please allow up to 5-10 days for delivery from placing your order. Postage and Packaging is charged at the following rates: A flat rate of £4.95 to all UK customers. However if it is a very small item which you are happy to be sent by first class then please call us and we will charge you what it costs us. Also if it is a large item there may be an extra charge. European shipping costs: Please call for a quote, all items vary. Items can be gift wrapped in a special Cocoa Bean tissue with ribbon and a sticker for an extra 50p. Larger items will be more.
At Cocoa Bean we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. For this reason we make our returns policy very simple. Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in the same condition within 14 working days. Your goods can then be exchanged or a credit note will be issued. A full refund will be given in the event of a faulty item when returned with proof of purchase or original invoice. If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent. Unfortunately we do not exchange or refund sale items.
